dlake v0.5.41
One change: dlake registration hosting show now reports the run-state of an express Data Lake's gateway engine. A stopped engine is a resting state rather than a fault; it stands down while nothing is using it and comes back on the next request, so there is nothing to restart by hand.

An express Data Lake’s gateway database runs on a container of its own, and the newEngine:line says whether that container isrunning,stoppedormissing. A stopped engine is a resting state rather than a fault — it stands down while nothing is using it and comes back on the next request — and the line says so, so there is nothing to restart by hand.
